Exchange and return policy:
At Star Home, we prepare and tailor the product based on the customer’s request. If the customer wants to return or exchange, he must ensure that the product’s condition is consistent with the following conditions:
1- In the event of replacement, the period must not exceed (7) days from the date of the request.
2- In the event of a return, the period must not exceed (3) days from the date of the request.
3- Make sure that the product is placed in its box, well wrapped, and not used.
4- Place the adhesive papers on the carton and make sure that all product accessories are placed.
4- Send the product to the shipping company at our address.
When is a return or exchange accepted?
In case the order is different from what was requested by the customer.
When are products rejected for return or exchange?
If the product matches what was ordered.
If the product has been opened from the box, installed and used.
If the specified period for return or exchange has passed.
If there is a discount or offers on the product when purchasing it.
If the product or part of it is detailed.
Return or exchange procedures after the product conforms to the policy:
The amount will be refunded by returning it to the same bank account of the customer after we receive and inspect the products.
The customer bears all shipping costs of the product, including the returned product, and shipping fees for the new product when sending it via DHL.
The financial difference, if any, will be paid if the customer requests a replacement product at a higher price.
# Always make sure to:
• Do not cut the carton or any product packaging so that you can return it smoothly and easily.
• You must have an account in the store to benefit from all return or exchange services.

# Star Home team checks the condition of the product before shipping, so the store disclaims any responsibility after handing the shipment over to the shipping company.
Shipping time:
It takes from one to seventeen days.
Large products are shipped to the customer's area and the customer picks them up from the shipping company's warehouse within his area.
All products do not include installation service.
Ensure the safety of the product upon receipt from the shipping company. The store is not responsible if it is not confirmed at the receiving location, as the customer is considered to have received it intact. If there are any comments, the store must be contacted on the same day of receipt.
If the product is not received from the shipping company for more than a week, the store is not responsible and the customer bears the responsibility for the loss of the product.
